In collaboration with Rural Upliftment Foundation (RUF), Shikshadwar Foundation is implementing the Insurance Marketing Personnel (IMPA) Training Programme to create employment opportunities for unemployed and aspiring youth.
Under this initiative, eligible candidates are mobilized, counselled, and enrolled in industry-recognized training that prepares them for the IRDAI certification examination. Upon successfully clearing the examination, participants become eligible for employment and self-employment opportunities in the insurance sector as certified Insurance Marketing Personnel.
The programme aims to enhance employability, improve financial inclusion, and enable youth to build sustainable careers in one of India's rapidly growing service sectors.
