Why Skilling?
Skills are the bridge between education and employment. While millions of young people complete their schooling every year, many are unable to secure decent jobs due to a lack of industry-relevant skills, practical exposure, and career guidance.
For youth from economically disadvantaged communities, this gap is even wider, often leading to unemployment, underemployment, and limited earning opportunities.
WHAT WE DO
At Shikshadwar Foundation, we believe that skill development is the key to unlocking sustainable livelihoods. By providing market-oriented vocational training, digital and financial literacy, soft skills, career counselling, and placement support, we equip young people with the competencies required to thrive in today's evolving job market.
Our skilling initiatives empower youth to become financially independent, improve their quality of life, support their families, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of their communities and the nation.
